Elegant Quick Beef Stroganoff Recipe

2 pounds
1/3 cup
1 pound
1 large
1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
2 cloves
1/4 cup
2 – 10.5 ounce cans
1/3 cup
1/4 cup
2 cups
1 – 10.5 ounce box

beef round streak
fresh mushrooms
onion, chopped
ground black pepper
garlic, minced
condensed beef bouillon
sour cream
frozen petite peas, cooked
hot cooked rice or noodles



Stove Temp: low
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Pan Type: skillet

Quick Beef Stroganoff Directions

Slice the beef meat into 1/4” strips and set aside.
Heat butter in skillet.
Sauté the mushrooms and onions in butter until tender.
Remove vegetables from fry pan and set aside.
Add sliced beef to skillet and brown quickly.
Add the salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup and bouillon to the beef. Cover, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for allotted quick time.
Mix the flour with the water and stir into the meat mixture.
Stir until thickened.
Add cooked vegetables and the sour cream.
Heat through and serve quick beef stroganoff over hot cooked rice or noodles and your favorite vegetable.
