BBQ Strip Steak Recipe

1/4 – 1/2   teaspoon		 strip steaks, 1/2 inch thick
garlic granules

salt to taste
pepper to taste

 

Grill Temp: hot
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 minutes


BBQ Strip Steak Directions

Preheat grill.

Add strip steaks to hot grill.
Season with the salt, pepper and garlic.
Cover and cook for allotted time.
When strip steaks are nearly cooked, brush with barbecue sauce. Cook a few minutes longer.
Turn steaks and brush on more bbq sauce onto other side.
Cook for few minutes and remove to serving platter.
Serve bbq strip steaks with your favorite side dish.

Note: It is hard to beat a good barbequed strip steak on the grill.
