BBQ Sirloin Steak Recipe

2 pounds
1 cup
1 large
1 clove
1/3 cup
1/3 cup
1 tablespoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
sirloin steaks
ketchup
onion, chopped fine
garlic, minced
brown sugar, packed firm
red wine vinegar
Worcestershire sauce
cayenne pepper
salt
ground black pepper

Grill Temp: hot
Recipe Cooking Time: 15 to 20 minutes.


BBQ Steak Recipe Directions

In a large plastic storage bag or freezer bag, combine the ketchup, chopped onion, garlic, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
Shake well to mix well.
Remove about 3/4 to 1 cup of the BBQ steak sauce mixture.
Place the steak sauce in an airtight dish and refrigerator for later use.
Add steaks to BBQ steak marinate.
Seal bag tightly.
Place steak in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight to marinate.
Turn bag occasionally to blend flavors.
Remove steaks from barbecue marinate.
Cook bbq steaks to your desired doneness.
Turn only once during cooking.
Add the reserved barbecue sauce to small saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Add sirloin steaks.
Reduce heat and simmer bbq sirloin steaks for 10 minutes.
Along with your steaks, serve more bbq steak sauce.
