98% fat free beef broth ready cut tomatoes zucchini, cubed celery, sliced onion, chopped carrots, sliced green beans, drained chili seasoning mix pepper cumin cayenne pepper Salt to taste |
| Stovetop Temp: simmer Cooking Time: 45 minutes Pan Type: stock pot |
In a large stock pot combine; beef broth, tomatoes, cubed zucchini, sliced celery, sliced carrots, chopped onion, drained green beans, chili seasoning, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes covered. Serve with your favorite crackers. Serves: 6 – 8 |
This soup is low in calories yet very satisfying. You will find that you tend to eat less when your food is flavor packed. The fewer calories you eat the more weight you stand to lose. |
