Alternate Fat Burning Weight Loss Soup Recipe

1 – 32 ounce
2 medium
2 medium
1 large
4 stalks
1 large
1 or 2 – 32 ounce cans
1 – 16 ounce can
1 clove
1 package
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon

99% fat free beef broth
zucchini, cubed
summer squash, chopped
green pepper, chopped
celery, sliced
onion, chopped
ready cut tomatoes
green beans
garlic, minced
chili seasoning mix
ground cumin
ground black pepper

Recipe Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Pan Type: stock pot

In a large soup pot combine the beef broth, zucchini, summer squash, green pepper, celery, onion, tomatoes, green beans, garlic, chili seasoning mix, cumin and pepper.
Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for the allotted time.
Season the soup with salt if necessary only after cooking.

Follow the same directions for dieting as you do for the original fat burning soup found under our “Lighter Choice” section.

Note: After being on the fat burning soup for a couple of weeks I came up with this weight loss version for a change of pace. This soup is low in calories and very good and healthy.
Not to mention that it is very tasty. I find that if I eat something this good and satisfing, I do better at keeping the weight off. Remember the key to permanent weight loss is life style changes. I will continue to give you tips through out my free recipe site on how to take the weight off, and to keep it off. You can do it kid!
