Alternate Fat Burning Soup Recipe

1 or 2 – 32 ounce cans
1 – 16 ounce can
1 clove
1 package
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
99% fat free beef broth
zucchini, cubed
summer squash, chopped
green pepper, chopped
celery, sliced
onion, chopped
ready cut tomatoes
green beans
garlic, minced
chili seasoning mix
ground cumin
ground black pepper

Recipe Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Pan Type: big soup pot

Alternate Fat Burning Soup Directions

In a large soup pot combine the beef broth, zucchini, summer squash, green pepper, celery, onion, tomatoes, green beans, garlic, chili seasoning mix, cumin and pepper.
Bring fat burning soup mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Cook this weight loss soup recipe for the allotted time.
Season fat burning soup with salt if necessary, season soup only after cooking.

Follow the same directions for dieting as you do for the original fat burning soup recipe found under our “Lighter Choice” section.

Recipe Note 1: After being on this fat burning soup for a couple of weeks I came up with this alternate weight loss version. Try this alternate fat burning soup recipe for a change of pace. This soup is low in calories and very good and healthy.
Not to mention that it is very tasty too. I find that if I eat something this good and satisfying, then I do better at keeping the weight off. Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat. Try olive oil, skim milk, or yogurt instead of butter or cream. Re-work dessert recipes that require heavy cream with evaporated skim milk or yogurt. For cakes and other desserts, substitute fresh-fruit puree as a topping instead of frosting. And one of my favorites: pancakes with applesauce, not maple syrup. These changes will give your favorite recipes great new flavor, and your food will be healthier!
