Healthy Choice Banana Muffins

They’re fluffy, whole grain, naturally sweetened, downright healthy banana muffins that are also totally delicious. The recipe calls for basic ingredients and you can mix them all together in one bowl!

2 large bananas
1 egg white
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup quick oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Healthy Choice Banana Muffins Directions

In a large mixing bowl beat bananas until they are a liquid.
Add the egg white and mix well.
Stir in the milk, oil, vanilla and honey, mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, oats, salt and baking soda, mix well.
Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray.
Fill muffin pans and bake in hot oven for the allotted time or until healthy banana muffins are done.
