Chicken Wraps Recipe

1 pound
2 cloves
2 tablespoons

1/2 cup
1/8 teaspoon
1/3 cup

chicken breast, boneless and skinless
garlic, minced
olive oil
green onions, sliced
black olives, sliced
red bell pepper, chopped
black ground pepper
fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
light Caesar salad dressing
Romaine leaves
flour tortillas

Stovetop Temp: medium heat
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 – 25 minutes
Pan Type: skillet


Chicken Wraps Directions

Cut chicken breast into small bite size pieces.
Place oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and garlic.
Cook until chicken is no longer pink and juice runs clear.
Drain chicken.
Place chicken in mixing bowl.
Add onions, black olives, red bell pepper, Caesar salad dressing, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Toss to coat.
To serve, put one romaine leaf on each flour tortilla wrap.

Top with 1/6 of chicken mixture.
Fold ends of tortilla in and wrap it up.
Insert toothpick if needed to hold together until serving.

Recipe Serves About: 6
