Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies Recipe

1 cup
2/3 cup
1/2 teaspoon
2 cups
3/4 cup
1 large

1 teaspoon
1/4 cup
flour
cocoa
salt
granulated sugar
canned pumpkin
egg
egg whites
vanilla
semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Nonstick pan spray

 

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Pan Type: 11 x 7” baking pan


Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies Directions

Preheat Oven.

In a large bowl combine the flour, chocolate cocoa, salt and sugar.
Mix well. Add the pumpkin, egg, egg whites and the vanilla.
Beat well with a wooden spoon just until all chocolate ingredients are moistened.
Stir in chocolate morsels.
Spray the pan with the nonstick pan spray.
Spread double chocolate fudge brownies batter into prepared pan and bake for the allotted time.
Remove fudge brownies from oven to wire rack to cool.
