Indian Stew Recipe

1 pound
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1 cup
1 cup
1 – 6 ounce can
1 1/2 teaspoons
1 1/2 teaspoons
1/8 teaspoon		 lean ground beef
onion, chopped
green bell pepper, chopped
whole kernel corn, drained
red kidney beans
tomato sauce
sweet basil
dried mustard
ground black pepper

Stove Temp: low
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 to 30 minutes
Pan Type: skillet


Indian Stew Directions

In a large skillet cook the lean ground beef stew meat, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink inside.
Drain the stew meat and return to the skillet.
Add the drained corn, un drained kidney beans, tomato sauce, sweet basil, dried mustard and ground black pepper.
Stir well, cover and simmer indian stew over low heat for allotted time.
Serve stew along with your favorite warm bread.
