Italian Sausage Pizza Recipe

1 pound
1/2 cup
3 cups
2 cloves
1 teaspoon
1 jar		 hot or mild Italian sausage
chopped onion
shredded mozzarella cheese
garlic chopped
fennel seed
pizza sauce, your favorite

Oven Temp: 450º
Recipe Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Pan Type: 12" pizza pan


Italian Sausage Pizza Directions

Preheat Oven.

Brown the italian sausage, onions and garlic, drain.
Spoon the pizza sauce over the crust and spread evenly making sure to go to the edges.
Put 1 1/2 cups of the cheese over sauce.
Sprinkle the italian sausage over the cheese and scatter the fennel over the sausage.
Top pizza with the remaining cheese.
Bake and serve up your sausage pizza with your favorite salad and drink.
