Gourmet Pizza Recipe

1 – 16"
1 pound
4 – 6 ounces
4 – 6 ounces
1 pound
1/4 – 1/2 cup
1 – 2 cloves
2 cups
1 small can
2 teaspoons
1/4 cup

pizza crust*
bulk sausage
pepperoni, sliced
Canadian bacon
mozzarella cheese, shredded
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
pizza sauce
sliced black olives, drained
fennel seed
parmesan cheese, grated

Oven Temp: 450°
Recipe Cooking Time: 25 to 30 minutes
Pan Type: pizza stone or pan

Gourmet Pizza Directions

Preheat Oven.

Brown sausage, garlic and onion, drain.
Put 1/2 of the shredded mozzarella cheese over pizza crust.
Sprinkle the sausage over the crust.
Add the pepperoni and the Canadian bacon.
Sprinkle the fennel seed over the top of the meats.
Scatter the black olives on top.
Top gourmet pizza with the sauce.
I just pour it all over and spread with a rubber spatula, make sure to spread out to the edges.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over sauce.
Top with the grated parmesan cheese and bake.
Serve pizza with your favorite drink.
