Favorite Creamy Mac n Cheese Recipe

2 cups
4 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
2 1/2 cups
3 cups		 large elbow macaroni
butter
flour
onion, powder
salt
pepper
hot pepper sauce
milk
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

parsley flakes for garnish

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 35 to 40 minutes
Pan Type: 2 1/2 quart casserole


Mac n Cheese Directions

Preheat Oven.

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain.
Pour into casserole dish.
In a medium saucepan melt the butter.
Add the flour, salt, pepper, onion powder and hot pepper sauce.
Mix into a paste.
Add the milk and cook until mixture starts to thicken.
Add the cheese and stir until it is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into casserole with the pasta.
Mix well and bake mac n cheese for the allotted time.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes and serve with your favorite vegetable.
