Speedy Prep Lasagna Recipe

1 pound
1 – 16 ounce jar
1 – 16 ounce
2 large
8 ounce
4 ounces
 lasagna noodles, cooked
ground beef
spaghetti sauce
cottage cheese
eggs
cheddar cheese, shredded
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Pan Type: baking dish


Lasagna Directions

Preheat Oven.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Drain and set aside while preparing sauce.
In a large skillet brown the meat.
Drain.
Add jar of spaghetti sauce and mix well.
In a medium bowl beat the eggs slightly.
Stir in the cottage cheese.
Ladle a little of sauce into bottom of pan.
Place three cooked lasagna noodles on top of sauce.
Ladle 1/3 of sauce on top of noodles.
Spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture on top of sauce. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the shredded cheeses.
Repeat layer.
Last layer will be noodles, sauce and shredded cheese.
Bake lasagna uncovered.
Remove baked lasagna from oven.
Allow to rest 15 minutes before cutting.
Serve this speedy lasagna recipe with your favorite drink.
