Cheese Fettuccini Directions

Cook fettuccini according to package directions, drain.
In a large saucepan melt the butter.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the flour and stir to make a paste.
Add the salt, pepper, onion powder and cream.
Mix with a wire whisk and cook until mixture starts to thicken.
Add the shredded gruyere cheese, gorgonzola cheese, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Cook and stir until cheese has melted.
Pour over fettuccini pasta and fluff with spaghetti grabber to blend.
Serve cheese fettuccini with your favorite warm garlic bread.
