Cream Cheese Lasagna Recipe

1/4 teaspoon

2 – 16 ounce cans
2 teaspoons
16 ounce can
16 ounces
2 large
2 tablespoons
16 ounces
lasagna noodles
ground beef
Italian sausage
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
salt
pepper
Italian seasoning
fresh mushrooms, sliced
tomato sauce
sugar
ready cut tomatoes
cream cheese, softened
eggs
parsley flakes
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 35 to 45 minutes
Pan Type: baking pan


Cream Cheese Lasagna Directions

Preheat Oven.

Cook lasagna pasta according to package directions.
Drain.
Brown the ground beef, Italian sausage, chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Drain.
Add the sliced mushrooms, tomato sauce, sugar and ready cut tomatoes.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
Beat eggs, cream cheese and parsley together until well blended.
Place small amount of sauce in bottom of pan.
Next a layer of lasagna noodles, sauce, cream cheese mixture and shredded cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake for allotted time.
Remove from the oven and let set 10 minutes before serving.
Serve this cream cheese lasagna with your favorite garlic bread.
