Baked Spaghetti Special Recipe

1 – 8 ounce package
2 large
1/3 cup
2 tablespoons
1 – 8 ounce package
1 pound
1 /2 cup
1/2 cup
2 cloves
2 – 6 ounce cans
2 cups
1 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1/2 cup
spaghetti
eggs, beaten
parmesan cheese, grated
parsley flakes
mozzarella cheese, shredded
lean ground beef
green bell pepper, chopped
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
tomato paste
water
salt
ground black pepper
Italian seasoning
parmesan cheese, grated
nonstick pan spray

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Pan Type: baking pan


Spaghetti Special Directions

Preheat Oven. Spray pan and set aside.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain well. Combine drained spaghetti, beaten eggs, cheese and parsley. Layer half of the spaghetti special mixture in prepared pan.
Top with half of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers.

Bake for the allotted time.
Cook meat, green bell pepper, onions and garlic in a large skillet until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
Drain off excess fat.
Add tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
To serve, cut baked spaghetti special mixture into squares.
Top with sauce and cheese.
Serve this special recipe with your favorite bread sticks.
