Crazy One Pan Cake Recipe

2 1/2 cups
1 1/2 cups
1/3 cup
2 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoon
2/3 cup
2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons
2 cups
1/4 cup
1 teaspoon
flour
sugar
unsweetened cocoa
baking soda
salt
vegetable oil
apple cider vinegar
vanilla
strong cold coffee
sugar
cinnamon

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Pan Type: baking cake pan


Crazy Cake Directions

Preheat Oven.

Put into ungreased pan flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
Stir with a fork to mix.
Make three crazy holes in dry ingredients.
Put oil in one, vinegar in second and vanilla in the third one. Pour coffee over all ingredients and mix with fork until all ingredients are moistened.
In a small bowl mix the remaining sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over top of crazy cake.
Bake for allotted time or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Serve cake with whipped cream and your favorite tea or coffee.
