Stir Fry Italian Recipe

Stirfry Italian Style

A recipe for Italian Pasta Stir-fry made with linguine, zucchini, onion, tomatoes, parsley, oil, garlic, dried basil, oregano, salt.
All assembled and ready to eat in 30 minutes.

1 – 8 ounce package linguine
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup parsley, snipped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 – 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Stove Temp: medium
Recipe Cooking Time:
Pan Type: large skillet or wok


Stir Fry Italian Directions

Cook linguine according to package directions.
Drain.
Heat the oil.
Add the minced garlic, zucchini and onions.
Stir fry until vegetables are tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, parsley and seasonings.
Fry just until heated through.
Add the linguine and toss until your italian stir fry is heated thru.
Top with cheese and serve with your favorite bread.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier.
