Pork Chops and Sour Cream Simple Recipe

2 tablespoons
6 loin
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/4 cup
2 tablespoons
1 – 16 ounce can
1/3 cup
1 1/2 pounds
1 cup
olive oil
simple pork chops
ground black pepper
onion, chopped
chicken broth
new potatoes, sliced
dairy sour cream

Stove Temp: low
Recipe Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Pan Type: skillet

Pork Chops Simple Directions

Heat the oil.
Brown the simple pork chops.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Remove pork chops from the skillet when browned.
Add the onion to the pan drippings and cook until tender.
Add the flour and stir to make a paste.
Add the chicken broth and water, mix well to blend.
Return simple pork chops to the skillet.
Add the potatoes.
Bring simple pork chop mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until meat and potatoes are tender.
Stir in the sour cream and heat thoroughly.
Serve pork chops with your simple vegetable and more sour cream.
