Crockpot Strawberry Cobbler Recipe

Crockpot Strawberry Cobbler, don't even have to turn on the oven.

Crockpot Strawberry Cobbler, it's Heaven in a bowl. I love the ease of using my crockpot.
When you're busy running around doing chores and don't have time to sit and oven watch. Just throw it all together and in a couple of hours, you have a delicious hot dessert.
4 cups sliced strawberries or other fresh fruit
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
2 cups white whole wheat flour, divided
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/4 cups milk

Temp: low
Recipe Cooking Time:
Pan Type: crockpot


Strawberry Cobbler Directions

Spray bottom and sides of crock pot with cooking spray.
In a medium size bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 cup flour with strawberries and toss.
Pour into crock pot.
In the same bowl, mix remaining 1 1/2 cups flour, remaining 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt and melted butter.
Add milk and whisk until smooth.
Pour batter over strawberries. Do not stir.
Crock on low for 2 to 3 hours or until crust is done and bubbly.

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier.
