Crock Pot Stuffed Flank Steak Recipe

Crock Pot Stuffed Steak what an inviting meal to come home to after a hard day. Get this ready in the morning, start it cooking and forget about it until dinner time. The meat is tender and the stuffing is delicious. Whip up a quick salad and enjoy.

2 pounds flank steak
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
3/4 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large egg
1/2 cup water

Crock Pot Temp: low
Recipe Cooking Time: 8 to
Pan Type: crock pot


Crock Pot Steak Directions

Heat the butter and sauté the onions and garlic.
Add the mushrooms, parsley, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, salt and black pepper.
Toss to coat with crumbs.
In a small bowl beat the egg and stir into bread mixture.
Spread bread mixture on flank steak.
Roll the steak up and tie with butcher string.
Place steak in the crock pot.
Pour water over the top and cook steak for allotted time.
