Crockpot Chili Recipe

1 1/2 pounds
1 large
1 clove
1 – 32 ounce can
2 – 16 ounce cans
1 – 4 ounce can
2 – 16 ounce cans
2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon

lean ground beef
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
ready cut tomatoes, un drained
tomato sauce
diced green chilies
chili beans
chili powder
salt
ground black pepper

Temp: low
Recipe Cooking Time: 8 to 10 hours
Pan Type: crockpot

Crockpot Chili Directions

In a large skillet brown the lean ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
Drain off any excess fat.
Pour the cooked beef mixture into a crockpot.
Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, green chilies, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Cook chili for allotted time.
Serve crockpot chile along with your favorite crackers.
