Crock Pot Barbeque Beef Recipe

3 – 4 pound
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1 clove
1 small
3 – 4 cups

beef chuck roast
salt
ground black pepper
garlic, minced
onion, sliced thick
your favorite barbeque sauce
toasted buns

Temp: low
Cooking Time: 6 to 8 hours
Pan Type: crock pot

Place roast in crock pot.
Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.
Put minced garlic on top of roast.
Lay sliced onion on top of meat.
Cook for 6 hours.
Pour juices off of meat.
Shred the meat with a fork.
Pour barbeque sauce over the meat and stir to blend.
Cook for 1 to 2 hours longer.
Serve on toasted buns with your favorite vegetable or salad.

Note: You can add more barbeque sauce if necessary depending on how saucy you like it.

Serves: 6
