4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
18 ounces of salsa
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, (I used Havarti)
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg Taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Salt
8 Flour Tortillas for Soft Shell Tacos

Crockpot Chicken Taco Directions
Place the four boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot. Pour the salsa over the top of the chicken, add in the taco seasoning, stir to mix and cook for six hours on low or turn up the heat to high and cook for four hours.
