Beer Bathed Beef Roast Recipe

Place beef roast in pot.
Cover roast with sliced onion and minced garlic.
Sprinkle roast with pepper.
Cover roast with beer.
Cook for allotted time.
Discard all juices.
Shred beef and cover with barbeque sauce.
Cook additional hour.
Serve beer soaked beef with or without buns with your favorite vegetable and potato.
