Candy caneHoliday Yam Bake Recipe

1 – 40 ounce can
1 – 8 1/2 ounce can
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
3/4 cup		 yams, drained
crushed pineapple and juice
brown sugar
butter, melted
chopped pecans
miniature marshmallows

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Pan Type: 1 1/2 quart casserole dish


Holiday Yam Directions

Preheat your oven, spray your baking pan.

Put drained yams into a mixing bowl and mash yams well.
Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.
Add pineapple juice, sugar and butter to yams.
Beat holiday yams well.
Stir in the pineapple and pecans.
Spoon yams into a 1 ½ quart casserole dish.
Bake yams for 20 minutes. Remove yam bake from oven and sprinkle marshmallows on top. Return marshmallow topped yam bake to oven, bake for 10 more minutes.
