Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

3 cups
1 cup
1/2 cup
1/3 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1 cup
1 cup
1 cup
sweet potatoes, cooked mashed
granulated sugar
milk
butter
salt
brown sugar
coconut
pecans, chopped

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Pan Type: 2 quart casserole dish


Sweet Potato Casserole Directions

Preheat Oven.

In a medium bowl mix the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, milk, butter and salt.
Put into a 2 quart casserole.
In a separate bowl mix the brown sugar, coconut and pecans.
Sprinkle over top of sweet potato casserole and place in the oven to bake.

Servings: 6 to 8
