Baked Mixed Vegetable Recipe

1 – 16 ounce bag
1 – 16 ounce bag
1 – 16 ounce bag
1 can
1 cup
1 clove
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
8 ounces
1 cup
1/4 cup		 cauliflower
broccoli, cuts
sliced carrots
cream of mushroom soup
mayonnaise
garlic minced
onion powder
pepper
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Ritz cracker crumbs, crushed
butter, melted

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Pan Type: 9" x 13" pan


Mixed Vegetable Directions

Preheat oven for baking and spray pan with nonstick pan spray.

Thaw frozen vegetables and place in large mixing bowl.
Add the soup, mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, pepper and shredded cheese.
Spoon the vegetables mixture into a prepared pan.
Mix crushed crackers and melted butter together. Sprinkle over the top of vegetable mix.
Bake mixed vegetables in preheated oven for the allotted time.

Recipe Serves: 10 to 12
