Frosty Cranberry Salad Recipe

Cranberry Salad Directions

Combine the cranberry sauce and pineapple in a bowl.
In a medium bowl stir together the sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add to the cranberry mixture and gently stir.
Put the fruit mixture into a 3 cup freezer safe dish line with foil and freeze.
To serve, let the frozen salad set at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
Lift out the foil and cut the cranberry salad into six wedges.
To serve, put salad wedges on lettuce leaves and cut well drained pineapple slices in half and top each serving.
