Baked Ham Recipe

1     8 to 12 pound whole boneless fully cooked ham

Oven Temp: 325°
Recipe Cooking Time: 3 to 4 hours
Pan Type: shallow baking pan


Baked Ham Directions

Preheat Oven.

Remove wrappers from ham.
Place ham on rack in shallow pan.
Bake ham uncovered in preheated oven for the allotted amount of time or until meat thermometer inserted in the middle of the meat registers 140°.
Remove from the oven and cover loosely with foil and let set for 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
Slice baked ham and serve.
Refrigerate baked ham and enjoy some good leftovers tomorrow.

Servings: 3 to 4 per pound

Note: To bake a half boneless ham follow same directions, except bake for 2 to 3 hours.
