Cranberry Turkey Burgers Recipe

1 pound
1/2 cup
1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 cup
1/3 cup
2 tablespoons
4 toasted
4 thin slices
4 thin slices
1 cup
egg white
lean ground turkey
onion, chopped
rubbed sage
marjoram
ground black pepper
salt
dry bread crumbs
jellied cranberry sauce
olive oil
buns
purple onion
jellied cranberry sauce
shredded lettuce

Recipe Container Type: mixing bowl


Cranberry Turkey Burger Directions

In a large mixing bowl beat the egg white slightly.
Add ground turkey burger, chopped onion, sage, marjoram, pepper, salt, bread crumbs and cranberry sauce.
Mix well.
Make into 4 burger patties and place on large plate.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes before cooking.
Place burger on a broiler pan and brush lightly with oil.
Place under preheated broiler for about 10 minutes.
Flip the turkey burgers over and brush with oil.
Continue to broil for additional 13 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness.

To serve: Place 1 delicious turkey patty on bottom of bun. Top with onion, cranberry sauce and lettuce.
