Baked Whole Semi Boneless Ham Recipe

1 10 – 12 pound

ham, semi boneless

Oven Temp: 325°
Recipe Cooking Time: 30 to 40 minutes
Pan Type: shallow baking pan

Boneless Ham Directions

Preheat your oven.

Remove wrappers from semi boneless ham.
Place boneless ham on rack in a shallow pan.
Bake the ham uncovered in preheated oven. Cook semi boneless ham for the allotted amount of time or until meat thermometer inserted to the middle registers 140°.
Remove ham from the oven and cover loosely with foil. Cool semi boneless ham for 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
Slice and serve whole baked semi boneless ham.

Refrigerate ham leftovers.

Servings: about 3 per pound.

Recipe Note: To bake a half semi boneless ham, follow the same directions except the bake time is 2 to 2 3/4 hours.
