Peppermint Pie Recipe


1 – 9"
1 – 7 ounce jar
1 – 8 ounce container
1 teaspoon
1/2 cup crushed
1/4 cup		 graham cracker pie crust
marshmallow cream
Cool Whip
vanilla
peppermint candies
chocolate ice cream topping

Cool Whip for garnish, optional
Crushed peppermint for garnish, optional

Recipe Pan Type: pie plate


Peppermint Pie Directions

In a large mixing bowl combine the marshmallow cream and Cool Whip, beat with large wooden spoon until well blended. Stir in the vanilla.
Fold in the peppermint candies, spoon into crust.
Chill until set.

To serve, drizzle chocolate topping on the serving plate. Place slice of pie on plate and drizzle top with chocolate topping.
Add a dollop of whipped topping and sprinkle with crushed candies if desired.

Serves: 6 to 8

Note: This is a quick and easy dessert to make for those unexpected guest. This peppermint pie will set up better if placed in the freezer for a couple hours before serving.
