Honey Orange Cheesecake Recipe

1 cup
1/2 cup
1/3 cup
2 – 8 ounce packages
3/4 cup
1/4 cup
1 tablespoon
3 large
1 1/2 teaspoons
2 tablespoons
1 1/2 cups
chocolate graham crackers, crushed fine
pecans, fine
butter, melted
cream cheese, softened
orange blossom honey
orange juice, from concentrate
orange liqueur
lemon rind, grated
orange rind, grated
dairy sour cream

Oven Temp: 325°
Recipe Cooking Time: 75 minutes
Pan Type: 9" springform pan

Orange Cheesecake Directions

Preheat Oven.

In a medium bowl combine the crushed graham crackers, chopped pecans, melted butter and and granulated sugar.
Mix well and press into bottom of pan.
Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the honey, orange juice and orange liqueur.
Beat well.
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Add the sour cream and blend well.
Fold in the grated lemon and orange rind.
Pour into crust and bake for the allotted time or until set.
Cool on wire rack to room temperature.
Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

Serves: 12 to 16

Note: Vanilla extract may be substituted for the orange liqueur.
