Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cups

Rich, healthy and chocolately, peanut butter fudge cup recipe. Chocolate peanutbutter fudge is a classic treat. Healthy chocolate peanutbutter fudge cups: Seriously, only took me 5 minutes to make, 15 or so minutes to set, and they are delicious! 5 ingredients and grain free.

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup good quality cocoa powder
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup raw honey
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
3/4 cup Dried cranberries (craisins or raisins)

Chocolate Peanutbutter Fudge Cups Directions

So easy to make. Melt coconut oil, place all the ingredients (except the cranberries and nuts) into your food processor. Pulse until thoroughly mixed. Scraping the sides several times.
Use paper cupcake liners in the pan.
Fill the liners a quarter of the way and place in the freezer for a least 20 minutes before serving.
