Cheesy Cocoa Pie Recipe

1 1/4 cups
1/4 cup
1/3 cup
12 ounces
3/4 cup
2 large
1 1/2 teaspoons
1/2 cup
8 ounces
1/2 cup
graham cracker crumbs
sugar
butter, melted
cream cheese, softened
granulated sugar
eggs
vanilla
heavy cream
Cool Whip, thawed
baking cocoa

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Pan Type: 9" pie plate


Cheesy Cocoa Pie Directions

Preheat your oven.

In a medium bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
Add the melted butter and mix well.
Press into bottom and sides of pie pan.
In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Add the cocoa and vanilla, beat well.
Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition, stir in heavy cream and mix until well blended, pour into prepared crust and bake for the allotted time.
Pie will set as it cools.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Cut into slices and top with a dollop of Cool Whip and serve with your favorite meal.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
