Audra’s Cream Cheese Pecan Pie Recipe

1 – 9"
8 ounces
1/4 cup
1 large
1 teaspoon
3/4 cup
3 large
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
1 cup
unbaked pastry shell
cream cheese, softened
granulated sugar
egg
vanilla
light corn syrup
eggs
granulated sugar
vanilla
pecan, pieces

Oven Temp: 375°
Recipe Cooking Time: 35 to 45 minutes
Pan Type: pie plate


Cream Cheese Pecan Pie Directions

Preheat your oven.

In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and first amount of sugar.
Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla and beat well.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
In a separate bowl combine the corn syrup, 3 eggs, second amount of sugar and vanilla and beat well.
Pour into pastry shell on top of cream cheese mixture.
Top with pecan pieces.
Bake Audra's cream cheese pecan pie for the allotted time.
Serve cream cheese pecan pie after your favorite meal.
