Cranberry Apple Crisp Recipe

4 cups
2 cups
1 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1 cup
1 1/2 cup
1/3 cup
1/3 cup
1/2 cup
apples, peeled and sliced
fresh cranberries
granulated sugar
nutmeg
walnuts, chopped
rolled oats
flour
brown sugar
butter, melted

Oven Temp: 325°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Pan Type: 9" x 13" baking pan


Cranberry Apple Crisp Directions

Preheat your oven.

Place sliced and peeled apples in a medium bowl.
Add the cranberries, sugar and nutmeg.
Mix well and place in pan.
In the same bowl combine the nuts, oats, flour, brown sugar and butter.
Mix with a fork until crumbly and sprinkle over the top of apple mixture.
Bake for the allotted time.
Great served hot or cold, plain or with your favorite ice cream.

Recipe Serves: about 10
