White Chocolate Mint Chip Cookies Recipe

1  3.9 oz. box
1  12 oz. bag
butter
white sugar
packed brown sugar
vanilla extract
eggs
all purpose flour
baking powder
instant chocolate mint chip pudding
white chocolate chips

Oven Temp: 350º
Recipe Cooking Time: 8 to 10 minutes
Cookies Pan Type: cookie sheet


White Chocolate Chip Cookies Directions

Preheat your oven.

In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar, beat until creamy. Add in the vanilla and eggs, beating well.
In a small bowl combine the flour, baking powder and dry chocolate mint chip pudding mix, add into the sugar mixture, stir until well blended.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoons onto un greased cookie sheets.
Cool chocolate chip cookies slightly before removing from baking sheet. Continue to cool white chocolate chip cookies on wire racks.
Now you have deliciously moist, mint, white chocolate chip cookie treats.

Recipe Makes About: 36 chip cookies
