Mo's Big Chocolate 2 in 1 Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

1 cup
1/3 cup
1 cup
1 large
1 teaspoon
1 cup
1 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1 cup		 brown sugar, packed firm
shortening
creamy peanut butter
egg
vanilla
quick oats
all purpose flour
baking soda
baking powder
salt
flaked coconut

nonstick pan spray

Oven Temp: 375°
Recipe Cooking Time: 12 to 15 minutes
Pan Type: cookie sheet


Mo's Big Chocolate

Preheat your oven.

In a large mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, shortening and peanut butter.
Beat until fluffy.
Mo's Big Chocolate.
Add the oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Mix until well blended.
Stir in coconut and cook up the big cookie.
Spray pan and drop by heaping teaspoon onto prepared pan. Bake for the allotted time or until done.
Serve cookies with your favorite drink.

Recipe Makes: about 36 cookies
