No Bake Energy Bites Recipe
No Bake Energy Bites Recipe sent in by Joyce Dellinger. SO healthy!! And SO easy! And SO yummy! Great for an after school snack or to take along on an outing. Honest to goodness, it only took me about 15 minutes to whip these babies up. I placed half of the batch into ice cube trays and what was left over, was formed into balls and I placed them into the freezer.
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground (milled) flaxseed (in grocery store’s flour isle)
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe Prep Time:
Easy Baked Lasagna Pan Type: Ice cube tray or 9 x 9 pan
No Bake Energy Bites Directions
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
*Roll into bite size balls. Refrigerate to set. Enjoy!!
*(or press into an ice cube tray, slightly freeze, and cut into squares)
Optional: add cinnamon, dates, raisins, walnuts, etc. Makes approx. 26 energy bites Can be frozen.
