Chocolate Fudge Recipe

4 cups
1 – 13 ounce can
1 cup
1 – 12 ounce bag
1 – 7 ounce jar
1 cup
1 teaspoon
granulated sugar
evaporated milk
butter
semi-sweet chocolate chips
marshmallow cream
walnut pieces
vanilla

Recipe Pan Type: 9" x 13" pan


Chocolate Fudge Directions

Butter pan and set aside.

In a large microwave safe bowl combine sugar, milk and butter, cook on high for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
Remove from microwave, stir well.
Add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and the vanilla, stir until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and cool completely before cutting.
Store the chocolate fudge candy in an airtight container.

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
