Dock’s Seafood Hot Dish Recipe

1/8 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
uncooked egg noodles
fresh shrimp
crab meat
scallops
butter
fresh mushrooms, sliced
onion, chopped
cream of shrimp soup
dairy sour cream
mayonnaise
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
water chestnuts, sliced
black olives, sliced
pepper
salt
fresh parsley, chopped

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Pan Type: 2 1/2 quart casserole dish


Seafood Hot Dish Directions

Preheat your oven.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and pour into large bowl.

Peel and de-vein shrimp.

Cut scallops if they are too large. Add uncooked seafood to the noodles.

Heat butter in a hot skillet. Add mushrooms and onions, saute until hot seafood is tender. Add the soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, black olives, cheese, drained water chestnuts, pepper and salt, mix the seafood hot dish well.

Spoon the seafood mixture into a casserole dish. Bake Dock's seafood hot dish for the allotted time.

Recipe Serves: about 6 seafood lovers
