Baked Salmon Casserole Recipe

8 ounces
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
16 ounce can
1 envelope
2 cups
1 cup
1 cup
1/8 teaspoon
1 1/2 cups
egg noodles
green pepper, chopped
butter
salmon
dry onion soup mix
dairy sour cream
half and half
frozen peas, thawed
dill weed
potato chips, crushed

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Pan Type: 2 quart casserole dish


Baked Salmon Casserole Directions

Preheat your oven.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and put into large bowl.

In a small skillet sauté the green pepper in the butter. Add to noodles.

Drain salmon, remove skin and bones, add to noodles. Add dry onion soup mix, sour cream, half and half, thawed peas and dill weed. Mix well and spoon into casserole.

Top with crushed potato chips and bake for the allotted time.

Recipe Serves: 5 to 6
