Sandy’s Chicken Divan Recipe

2 – 10 ounce packages
3  large
2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1 can
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1 teaspoon
1/2 cup		 frozen broccoli
chicken breasts, halves
olive oil
lemon juice
curry powder
pepper
cream of chicken soup
mayonnaise
cheddar cheese, shredded
butter
bread crumbs

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 25 to 30 minutes
Pan Type: 25 to 30 minutes


Chicken Divan Directions

Preheat your oven.

Steam the broccoli until crisp tender. Drain and layer in bottom of pan. In a large skillet brown the chicken in the olive oil. Cut into bite size pieces and layer on top of broccoli. In a medium bowl combine the lemon juice, curry powder, pepper, soup, mayonnaise and cheese.

Mix well and spread over top of chicken. Mix the melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake for the allotted time.

Recipe Serves: about 4
