Supreme Chicken Casserole Recipe

2 cups
1/4 cup
1 cup
1 – 4 ounce can
1 cup
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 can
1 cup
2 tablespoon
chicken, cooked and cubed
cooked rice
mushrooms, sliced and drained
celery, diced
hard boiled eggs, chopped
lemon juice
onion, chopped
cream of chicken soup
corn flakes
butter, melted

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 40 to 45 minutes
Pan Type: 2 quart casserole dish

Supreme Chicken Casserole Directions

Preheat your oven.

In a large bowl combine the cooked cubed chicken, mayonnaise, cooked rice, drained mushrooms, diced celery, chopped hard boiled eggs, lemon juice, chopped onion and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well and pour into casserole dish.

Blend the corn flakes with the melted butter. Sprinkle over top of chicken casserole.

Bake supreme chicken casserole in a hot oven for the allotted time.

Recipe Serves: 6 to 8

For cakes and other desserts, substitute fresh-fruit puree as a topping instead of frosting. And one of my favorites: pancakes with applesauce, not maple syrup. These changes will give your favorite recipes great new flavor, and your food will be healthier!
