Chicken Divan Recipe

4 cups
2 – 1 pound bags
2 cans
1 cup
1 tablespoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1 1/4 cups
1/4 cup
1 cup
chicken breast, cooked
frozen  broccoli spears
cream of chicken soup
mayonnaise
lemon juice from concentrate
curry powder
onion powder
pepper
cheddar cheese, shredded
butter, melted
Ritz crackers, crushed

Oven Temp: 350º
Recipe Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Pan Type: 9 x 13" baking pan


Chicken Divan Directions

Preheat your oven.

Put chicken in stock pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, or until tender.

In the meantime combine the soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and lemon juice in a bowl, stir and set aside.

Steam the broccoli until crisp tender, drain and layer evenly in baking pan.

Arrange the chicken evenly on top of the broccoli. Cover the chicken with the soup mixture.

Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Shake on top of the soup mixture.

Top with cheese and place in oven to bake uncovered.
