Speedy Chicken Casserole Recipe

1 – 12.5 ounce can
1 – 10.5 ounce can
1 – 10.5 ounce
1 – 4 ounce can
1 cup
1/2 cup
1/8 teaspoon
1 cup
1 can		 chicken, drained
cream of celery soup
cream of mushroom soup
mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
celery, diced
onion, chopped
ground black pepper
Swiss cheese, grated
chow mein noodles

Oven Temp: 325°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Pan Type: 2 quart casserole dish


Speedy Chicken Casserole Directions

Preheat your oven.

Combine in the casserole dish the drained chicken, cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, drained mushrooms, diced celery, chopped onion, ground black pepper and shredded cheese. Mix well.

Top with chow mein noodles and bake for the allotted time.

Note: You will enjoy this quick and easy casserole. You can substitute 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken for the canned chicken if desired
