Cowboy Beans Recipe

1 – 16 ounce can
2 tablespoons
1/2 pound
1/3 cup
4 ounces

pork and beans
onion, chopped
smoked sausage
barbeque sauce
American cheese, shredded

Recipe Pan Type: small saucepan

Open beans into a small saucepan, add in the chopped onion.

Cut the sausage into chunks and add to the beans. Stir in the barbeque sauce and cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Kids of all ages will enjoy these.

Cowboy beans sure to be a favorite served with our company cornbread.
