Swiss and Bacon Breakfast
Sandwich Recipe

4 large
1 clove
1/2 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1/4 cup
2 tablespoon
8 crisp cooked
4 slices
4
2 tablespoons

eggs
garlic, minced
salt
pepper
green onions, chopped
butter
bacon slices, crumbled
Swiss cheese
English muffins, toasted
butter

Pan Type: skillet

Beat the eggs, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir in the chopped onions, and bacon.

Heat butter in a large skillet.

Pour egg mixture into the skillet, mixture will cover the pan bottom. Cook as if you are cooking a pancake, flip and cook the other side. Cut into 4’s, and top with a slice of Swiss cheese.

Slice, toast and butter the muffins. Top each with a section of
